AskSynapse — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to AskSynapse (“AskSynapse”, “the Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). AskSynapse is operated by GK Labs Inc., a corporation federally incorporated in Canada and registered in Ontario.

By accessing or using AskSynapse, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies we may introduce. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

AskSynapse is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

AskSynapse is a Unified AI Access Service that provides users with access to multiple third‑party large language models (“LLMs”) through a single interface and subscription.

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Users may upgrade their plan at any time. When upgrading:

By using AskSynapse, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to store and process your prompts and Outputs solely to:
